I hope our Mental Wellness Week is going well for you.
I am enjoying reading and seeing what you guys are trying out from the choiceboard.
Continue to try one or two new things each day.
Please continue to learn the different healthy ways you can rest and recharge your mind.
Try to make some of these practices regular routines for yourself- like mindful breathing, for example.


I took a break today to watch the birds cams. Oh my goodness the owlets and the hawk hatchlings are so cute! I took some screen shots while I was watching.
